McNelly Construction Company was established in 1971, as a residential concrete subcontractor. In 1973, it diversified to include development concrete: curb & gutter, box culverts, commercial slabs, foundations, storm sewer inlets, etc. In 1985, McNelly created its general contracting division, specializing in commercial and industrial building.
McNelly Construction has completed a number of projects involving large antenna bases, and has constructed several service buildings associated with wells, lift stations, and other functions. We have also completed several motel construction projects across the southwestern United States. Currently, all of McNelly's projects, both in the general contracting and the concrete divisions, are concentrated in Colorado.

We belong to The National Association of Women in Construction, Construction Specifications Institute, Housing and Building Association of Colorado Springs, and the Jack Miller Network.
